1) When you come into the office, you will be greeted by our friendly administration staff.
2) Our admin team will send you the detailed health history form ahead of time and assist you in filling out your intake form, if needed. This gives the Team the most information about your condition to see if they can help you.
3) You will be escorted to our consultation room.
4) Your provider will sit down with you and discuss your health history as well as your health concerns.
5) You will have a comprehensive chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological examination to determine the root cause of your condition.
6) You will then be referred for X-Rays if necessary.
7) The provider will then explain the results of your examination, and X-Rays, to ensure you fully understand your condition.
8) The provider will determine if they can help you with your health concerns or if they cannot. They will discuss previous experience they have had with similar health conditions and what you can expect with your care in our office.
9) The provider will explain their best recommendations and all costs associated. All of this with no obligation to begin care!
